Discovered in the Chuckanut Mtns, along the Pine & Cedar lakes trail, this native perennial sports regular white margins on the leaves. Balls of small white flowers with conspicuous stamens rise above the foliage in spring. 1-2′ tall, spreading by rhizomes in shady, moist habitats.
