Golden foliage form of our native salmonberry. Bright pink flowers in spring on arching stems to 7′, spreading via rhizomes. Slightly more compact than the species. Produces an edible, salmon-colored fruit. Prefers moist soil with some afternoon shade. Great for naturalizing in wet areas, but will tolerate drier soils once established. A dramatic way to brighten up dim areas.
