Enormous rounded leaves on 5′ edible stems. Aggressively colonizes wet areas via underground rhizomes. Fairly easy to pull where it’s not wanted. Curious early season bloom of white on a compact infloresence before the foliage emerges. Moist to wet soil in sun to part shade. An imposing plant on the WA state noxious weed monitor list; not for the faint of heart.
