Culinary oregano with a strong, peppery flavor. Harvest leaves before flowers appear, cut back after flowering or it will seed everywhere. Great pollinator plant. Grows to 12″-20″ high. Full sun, well-drained lean soil, drought tolerant. Best divided or replaced every few years to maintain vigor.
