A cross of A. manzanita and A. densiflora, growing eventually to 9′-10′. Beautiful mahogany bark and rounded, deep green leaves are accented late winter by pink flowers. This manzanita can become tree-like, and has proven hardier than A. densiflora cultivars. Best in well drained soil, full sun, with protection from NE winds.
