Pacific Yew

Pacific Northwest native conifer, grows as a large shrub or small tree, very slow, but can eventually reach 20’-30’. An understory plant that will tolerate deep shade; also does well in sun. Older specimens have attractive flaking purple-orange bark. Best in organic rich, moist soil. Deer Proof!
