Bred mainly for the German Organic wine industry. Regent is extremely resistant to common wine grape diseases. Ripens at least a week ahead of Pinot Noir. Promising in our grape trials, it should prove to be an excellent grape for the home gardener/winemaker. 1600-1900 GDD.
