Upright shrubby willow to 10′ by 5′ with thin, rosemary like leaves. Foliage has silver undersides and turns bright yellow in fall. A tough fine-textured shrub with an airy appearance. Will tolerate poor drainage and some drought. Prune in late winter to control size.
