A uniquely upright laceleaf Japanese maple. The tiny leaves emerge tinged in red, quickly fading to medium green, then turn brilliant golden-orange to burgundy in fall. Upright vase shaped to 15′ tall, 10′ wide. This selection is renowned for its delicate appearance and ease of cultivation. Sun tolerant, also performs well in shade.
