Siskiyou Pink Wandflower

(formerly Gaura l.) Upright perennial to 2-3′ with green foliage splashed in red. A long display of pink flowers on the tall, flowing stems from summer into early fall. Looks great planted in groups and in meadows. Very attractive to pollinators. Average to poor, well-drained soil. Drought and deer resistant.
